The
Voice of the local Community |
|
The Melton Messenger is the first independent directory of
businesses and services recommended by the residents of the local
area. It is
a free through the door publication delivered bi-monthly to over
8000 homes in Melton and nearby
villages. One month it is delivered to selected homes in the North
of Melton and to the villages of Waltham, Scalford and Eastwell
(North Distribution). The following month it will be delivered to
homes in the South of Melton and the village of Burton Lazars,
Whissendine, Somerby,
Pickwell, Borough, Leesthorpe.(South
distribution).
The
Melton Messenger is designed to encourage our readers to use local
businesses and at the same time provide them with a real service.
Businesses and services in the directory have been suggested and
recommended by our readers – i.e. your customers and advertisers have to
satisfy us that they are of sufficient standard to be included in our
publication.
Readers
are also invited to send in any suggestions to improve the magazine and
recommendations for other services. Just

Melton Messenger 3 Years On |
|
We would like to thank our readers and advertisers for
your support over the last 36 months. We have built up a wonderful rapport
with both our advertisers and especially with our readers whom we rely on to
personally recommend the businesses in our directory.
In celebration of our First Birthday in December we
went colour on the front cover and as a celebration of our Second Birthday
we have widened our list of categories and incorporated even more colour
pages into the magazine.
As a celebration of our third birthday we have introduced even more colour
pages and introduced 6 new regular writers to the directory
We think
that you will agree that the Messenger is a well-regarded quality
publication. |
